PREPARATION
- • Cooking Instruction:
- 1. Boil – Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the frozen dumplings. Stir gently to prevent the dumplings from shrinking together. Boil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until the dumplings float on top of the water.
- 2. Steam – Place the frozen dumplings in a steamer and steam for 12 minutes
- 3. Pan Fry – Heat up some oil in a frying pan and lay in the frozen dumpling. Add some water and cover the pan with lid. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes or until the base of the dumplings turn golden brown
- 4. Deep Fry – Heat up some oil in a frying pan and lay in the frozen dumplings. Slowly fry over low heat until the dumplings turn golden brown. Coat the dumpling with batter for a crispier taste.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep frozen (-18°C & below). Once thawed, do not refreeze.
