PREPARATION
- 1. Defrost 3 pieces of Nile Fish Fillet (450g) and leave it aside
- 2. Combine 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teapsoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in a shallow dish
- 3. Thoroughly dredge fillets with flour
- 4. Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat
- 5. Place fish in frying pan, work in batches if necessary
- 6. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned
- 7. Ready to serve
