PREPARATION
- 1. Thread 5 prawns onto each wooden skewer and use paper towels to pat dry
- 2. In a small bowl, add butter, sliced chili, sriracha sauce and minced garlic
- Use a fork to combine ingredients to form a whipped butter
- 3. Use a pastry brush to spread onto both sides of the prawn skewers
- 4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and add prawn skewers to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
- 5. Remove the prawn from the pan and brush with the remaining whipped butter and sprinkled with dried parsley
