PREPARATION

• 1. Peel and slice the carrots
• 2. Fill pan with 3cm of salt water and boil it
• 3. Add the carrot slices and continue boiling before reducing the heat and covering the pan
• 4. Cook until the carrots are tender but not soft
• 5. This will take about 10 – 15 minutes
