PREPARATION
- • Deep Fry:
- 1. Preheat fryer to 177°C – 191°C
- 2. Place the frozen chicken nuggests in the hot oil
- 3. Fry 10 – 15 minutes until crisp and golden
- 4. Drain to taste and serve immediately
- • Oven:
- 1. Defrost
- 2. Place tempura chicken nuggets on to the toaster rack
- 3. Place oven plate below the toaste rack for collection of oil
- 4. Heat the nuggets for approximately 15 minutes or till cooked
- 5. Serve hot
- • Important:
- Once thawed, do not refreeze
