PREPARATION
- • Skillet Fry:
- 1. Lightly coat pan with oil
- 2. Cook on medium heat, 4 minutes each side
- • Deep-Fry:
- 1. Preheat oil to 180°C
- 2. Place frozen patties in a single layer in fryer basket, fry for 2 minutes or to desired color
- • Oven:
- 1. Preheat to 230°C
- 2. Bake 15 – 20 minutes
- 3. Turn after 10 – 14 minutes
