PREPARATION

- • Cling wrap Fishball with Roe on a plate and microwave at ‘high’ temperature for 2 minutes
- 3. Deep Fry:
- • Deep fry Fishball with Roe in hot oil at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown
- Conditions may vary due to different brands of cooking equipment used.
