PREPARATION
- Deep Fry:
- Preheat oil to 180°C
- Deep fry frozen fish for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Place frozen fish on a baking rack and bake for 12 – 14 minutes, turning fish after 6 – 7 minutes

- To store at or below -18°C
- Do not re-freeze once thawed
