- Red Grouper Collagen Broth is crafted from Red Grouper Bones, combined with Leeks, Ginger, Garlic, Roasted Dried Sole Fish and a sprinkle of salt.
- To bring out the extra kick, we recommend using a dash of Shao Xing Wine at the end of your finished seafood soup. (X.O fish soup)
- Broth is Halal-certified.
